Bite the bullet and talk to her IT. I know its tough but once you put your names on a joint mortgage it'll be so much harder and way more complicated than it needs to be honey.
I agree with Ali. Don't make any big decisions until you know for sure it's what you both want.
Hey there Barman dude...it's been a while since I've dropped by. Sorry to see you having some trouble. You have to talk to her. You have to find out where her head is at...and to tell her where yours is.
I think that you also have to open to the prospect that her perception of this situation may be completely different to yours, but that that doesn't mean that one of you is wrong and one of you is right. It's just that you think about things and situations differently.
Living in the same house as your son is a very special thing. Don't throw it away on a whim.
