Isn't it amazing what changes our bodies go through from birth through to the end.
Alot of changes are just natural like changing from baby to toddler. Child to Teen. Then adult hood. Our bodies will experience many many changes from not being able to do much just lying on our backs cooing then running as fast as we can playing football or running from the neighbours door after playing knock down ginger (who named this anyway?). As adults our bodies have then been through most of the changes, thank god puberty is over, never knowing if the voice you started out in the morning would hold out through the day or suddenly you sound like chewbacca. One thing our bodies will do though is slow down, now more eating what we want or drinking everyday as what happens your body can no longer get rid of the excess which leads me to my point.
I have grown myself a beer belly and its time to get rid of it. I probably started growing it at the age of 20/21 and it used to stay a steady size as I was normally in an active job or active outside of work, but now at the age of 30 it is time to let the belly go, time for it to move on. I will miss it as it keeps me warm when its cold outside and its a part of me and I have spent lots of money getting it to the size it is, but enough is enough. I have joined the local gym close to my work and have got myself a 12 week training program sorted out (stole it from a website).
I will be starting the programme properly on monday and during this week just getting used to the equipment again as it has been a while since I was last in the gym.
I might post before and after pics, all depending on how comfortable I feel with it. I will of course add a daily post each time I go to the gym (well as long as I can still type afterwards).

I look forward to seeing the before and after....how about just doing a "before" of the belly and no face and an "after" of the belly and no face....if you dont want to put "all of you" in.... just an idea?
Good luck, I will look at the programme shortly and I may join you... I need to get rid of some excess weight, as well are rid myself of a few thought processes....
